As the Clinical Director of Seeds2Succeed, I bring over 18 years of experience helping adolescents, adults and families navigate life’s challenges. I am also a Social Work Board-approved clinical supervisor, mentoring and supporting the next generation of mental health professionals.

I specialize in working with athletes of all levels, to address mental health challenges that are associated with being an athlete including performance anxiety, stress, life responsibilities, ability to focus, life after sports, and more. I am a retired professional baseball player.

I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Psychology with Emphasis in Clinical and Behavioral Applications from California Lutheran University in 2004, and a Masters of Social Work with Emphasis in Direct Practice from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2006. The majority of my career has been spent working with children and families

I take a pretty direct approach in therapy. I provide solution-focused sessions to help you address your reason for seeking treatment. I will work with you to find the best course of action to maximize your time in therapy. I will help you focus on your strengths, learn new coping skills, and make the behavioral changes necessary to enhance your mental health.

My goal is to assist you in reaching your full potential so that you are able to live your most fulfilling life. I recognize that each person is unique and there is no “one-size fits all” approach to therapy, so I use an individualized, person-centered approach in working with my clients.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents (16+), families and adults. Life can be wonderful, fulfilling and full of challenges. I will work with you to create strategies to successfully navigate roadblocks that are interfering with the quality of life you desire.

It is my pleasure to assist you in confidently reaching your goals and potential, as well as help you get through any challenging times in your life. I help my clients explore matters of depression, anxiety, loss/grief, trauma, abuse, performance anxiety, and PTSD.

We can all go through challenges in life that leave us feeling confused, hurt, or unsure of how to move forward. When we work to discover and heal from old ways of thinking and feeling, in both mind and body, we can free ourselves from the unhelpful ties to the past and focus on a future of that is of our own creation.

At times we may feel stuck, directionless, uncertain about how to overcome current life difficulties, or even find it hard to get out of bed in the morning. My goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and non-judgemental space to explore thoughts and behaviors that impede you. We will work together to build upon your natural strengths and resiliency.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, and overwhelm while navigating through various life transitions including health, illness, postpartum, and caregiver burnout. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment
