Biography
I specialize in working with athletes of all levels, to address mental health challenges that are associated with being an athlete including performance anxiety, stress, life responsibilities, ability to focus, life after sports, and more.
I am a retired professional baseball player, who spent 7 years with the Chicago White Sox in the minor leagues. I am excited to continue supporting athletes in dealing with their unique challenges and increasing their ability to function at the highest level in all aspects of life.
I use a strength-based approach to teach positive coping skills and Mindful Practices to help clients meet their individual goals and increase their functioning. I obtained my MSW from Barry University with a special focus on Trauma Informed Care and Neurobiology. I am thrilled to be back in my hometown to support the greater Las Vegas community.
